BIG revealed its proposal for the New Town Hall in the City Forde, Norway.

Their proposal wants the Forde Hall Quarter acts much more as an urban space than a building.
BIG's idea is to create a common reference point for the city's inhabitants and new citizens.

Very neat concept. I wonder what happens to the snow though? My first impression is that this is a avalanche simulator. Any other ideas?
