This building is compact and raised on stilts, with small courtyards. A maximum of trees are preserved. Green side walls and windowless walls are covered with climbing plants.

The plan of the residence permits the felling of two trees which helps to open the view from the courtyard of the building next to the new residence.

As the building is raised on stilts, the ground below the building becomes the entrance. Vertical circulation are disposed along the wall.

This design creates a unity of the residence for young workers and existing typical Parisian buildings in the Paris 7th arrondissement.
This project is expected to be completed in 2012.
