Rondero Carpena Arquitectos,
Luisa Marti, and
COR & Partners unveiled their proposal for a Library Park, the
Corazon Sur Pueblo. This complex can be a landmark for the Pueblo, Pue, Mexico, a city where infrastructure, services, and education are scarce, the architects say.
The key element to this project is to design a complex with park full of green spaces and pedestrian sports.
The purpose is the creation of social change and development that promotes citizen meeting, educational and recreational activities.
Another but similar purpose is to building and strengthening neighborhood organizations, a neighborhood which appears to be composed of disadvantaged communities.
Corazon Sur Pueblo will offer high-tech alternatives for fun, relaxation, connectivity, education and enlightenment.
Like a landmark, the building is announced to be a 'lighthouse' in order to see and to be seen, thanks to LED lights and a computational system that incorporates algorithm.
