O-STRIP Pavilion by Tongji University Team

Tongji University's Fabrication workshop unveiled one of its projects, O-STRIP Pavilion.

This parametric structure, initially based on a Moebius strip, creates a performative affect thanks to the use of computational technology.

The focus was on the the fabrication and materials techniques as the diagram below shows.

While its limited budget, this leads to an elegant, very impressive and flexible strip-style pavilion made up of an assembly of 484 unique pieces.
