Conference: Future City Creating Tomorrow's Urban World

More than half of humanity now lives in cities, and every month there are 5 million new city dwellers. A number of powerful forces are shaping this new phase of urbanization — escalating population growth, the rise of China and India, new connected technologies and pressures on both our resources and the environment as a whole.
Future Cities is a major international conference, where we will be exploring innovative new approaches to designing, managing and financing sustainable living environments.
The event will feature leading authorities in urban planning, construction, transport, energy, architecture and sustainability, during two days of discussion and debate led by Ludwig Siegele, Technology Correspondent, The Economist.
